I came to this work as an operator, not a consultant.
As President of a fast-growth company, I helped scale the business from early growth into a mature organization.
We grew quickly, then stalled.
Execution weakened.
Alignment slipped.
Leaders pulled in different directions.
It was frustrating. But we fixed it.
We strengthened the leadership team, clarified priorities, and built real execution discipline.
The company regained momentum and was ultimately sold to a strategic buyer.
That experience shapes how I work with founders today.
