About

I spent seven years helping companies fix what was broken. Process reengineering. Operational bloat. Strategic consulting. I was good at it.

Then one of my clients hired me. I joined as an operations leader and eventually made my way onto the leadership team. Over the next several years, I operationally integrated 15 companies. I led between 85 and 130 people across Operations, Service Delivery, and IT.

I experienced every problem you’re facing right now.

The urgent drowning out the important. Decisions that should take five minutes taking five days. Team members waiting for me to tell them what to do. Me working harder while the company went slower.

I was frustrated. I wanted reliable performance. What I had was chaos with my fingerprints all over it.

Then I discovered EOS.

I realized that if I implemented these tools – really implemented them – 85% of my problems would disappear. Not because the tools were magic. Because they would give my team the clarity I’d been keeping in my head.

So I implemented them. We got focused. We got better at execution. The company started running without me making every decision.

That’s when I knew what I wanted to do next.

Now I teach leadership teams to do what I learned the hard way. I help them implement EOS so they can stop being the bottleneck and start being the leaders their company needs.
