For the past 28 years, Tyler has devoted every day to entrepreneurship, building EOS, and helping thousands of entrepreneurial leaders run more successful businesses while improving their lives. Now a full-time EOS Implementer, Tyler was Gino Wickman’s first client and company to adopt EOS. After building and exiting Niche Retail, a journey chronicled in TRACTION, Tyler joined the EOS leadership team as the Technology and Marketing leader and launched his next venture, Batteries Included.
Over the next decade, Tyler spearheaded all technology initiatives for EOS, including the creation of Base Camp, the learning platform that has trained over 1,000 Full-Time EOS Implementers and tens of thousands of entrepreneurs on the path to EOS self-implementation.
In 2020, after EOS acquired Batteries Included, Tyler led modernization efforts of EOS’s internal systems and oversaw the development of EOS ONE. Having completed the launch of EOS ONE, Tyler returned to EOS Implementation, specializing in virtual tools and digital whiteboards to create a cohesive experience for in-person, remote, and hybrid teams.
In 2024, Tyler and his partners launched StepbyStepExit.com and published Exit Ready; an EOS licensed solution for EOS-run companies to prepare and plan for business exits.
