Tonya Petrozzi is a Professional EOS® Implementer, Kolbe Certified® Consultant, and former operations executive who has scaled fast-growth companies through chaos, culture shifts, and private equity milestones.
After spending 15+ years in the MSP and tech services world (including leading operations through a merger, scaling to $100M+ in revenue, and navigating a major PE transaction), Tonya traded her corporate title for impact. Today, she works with entrepreneurial leadership teams who are tired of grinding and ready to build businesses that run with clarity, accountability, and confidence.
Tonya is known for her high-energy, no-fluff approach that brings both empathy and execution. She helps leaders get out of the weeds, build real accountability, trust their instincts, and scale without losing their soul (or their sanity).
