About

Growing up in an entrepreneurial household, business has been part of my world for as long as I can remember. Watching how different leaders ran their businesses gave me a real appreciation for what it really takes to build and run a great business.

In my mid-20s, I stepped into ownership of an IT and Telco business, a big move that changed everything. I leaned on what I’d learned growing up and started using the EOS tools to bring more structure, clarity and accountability to the business. That journey eventually took us all the way to becoming a publicly listed company.

It was during that time I saw first-hand how powerful EOS can be when it’s truly lived and breathed in a growing business. Seeing the impact EOS had on both the business and the people running it is what drives my passion for helping other teams experience the same.
