My passion is helping small and medium-sized businesses to grow and thrive.
After starting my career in corporate consulting in New York and London, I transitioned to oversee operations at a fast-growing business operating between the US and Ghana. During this time, I spearheaded the setup of a new factory, scaled our supplier base from 90 to 8,000, and helped drive revenue growth by over 250%. Throughout this journey, I experienced firsthand the challenges of aligning execution with a company’s vision.
In the years that followed, I worked with over 20 small and medium-sized businesses & non-profits around the globe. It was during this period that I discovered EOS. I noticed that my most successful clients were using EOS, and I quickly became a passionate advocate of the system. Today, I am dedicated to helping other entrepreneurial leaders implement EOS in their own organizations.
Currently, I work with EOS clients in the UK and Africa, including but not limited to:
UK: Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, and Midlands.
Sub-Saharan Africa: Kenya (Nairobi), Rwanda, Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Burundi, Ghana, and Nigeria (Lagos).
