About

I started using EOS in 2010 while leading three high-tech executive teams, and I saw firsthand how powerful the system can be. Over nine years, EOS helped each of my companies achieve nearly 3× annual growth, and I became convinced that the tools, when used with discipline, can completely transform a business.

I’ve served in both the Visionary and Integrator seats, so I understand the real-world pressure CEOs and leadership teams face—misalignment, people issues, and stalled execution. That experience led me to become an EOS Implementer in 2019, trained directly by EOS co-founder Don Tinney.

Today, I specialize in working with $30M+ organizations and guiding EOS rollouts beyond the leadership team—down through mid-level management—so the system actually takes root, impacts culture, and drives sustainable growth.

My goal is simple: help growth-minded CEOs build clarity, accountability, and leadership teams that truly lead.
