About

I work best with entrepreneurial leaders who’ve built something successful but feel the weight of it every day. You’re a visionary – you can see where the business should go, but it frustrates you that things don’t move fast enough. You care about your people, you’re willing to be challenged, and you want to build something that lasts. If that sounds like you, we should have a chat.

When I first read Traction, it felt like the missing link between the wisdom of Stephen Covey and Jim Collins – both of whom have shaped how I’ve led and coached for over 30 years. EOS resonated because I’ve always been a systems thinker. I didn’t discover it as a consultant – I implemented it in my own charity first, and saw firsthand how it transformed how we operated. The role of Implementer found me, not the other way around.

Before EOS, I co-founded a San Francisco start-up backed by Intel and Microsoft that grew to over 1,000 people and floated on NASDAQ for $2.3 billion. I later led operations for the UK’s first public Wi-Fi network, and co-founded TheGivingMachine, a charity that’s given over £2.5 million to good causes. I’ve also made plenty of mistakes – and those lessons are just as valuable as the successes.

My approach is calm, curious, and grounded in real experience. I love watching leadership teams find clarity, align around a shared vision, and rediscover the joy of working together. I’ll challenge you – but with humanity, and often a bit of a laugh.
