I met with the leadership team of a successful business this week and it reminded me of so many others I meet. You started a business with high hopes of financial freedom, being the author of your own destiny rather than the bit part player in someone else’s vision.
But somewhere along the line, you created a full time job for yourself and the others around you. It’s not fun anymore, it’s frustrating and you’re a bit stuck. Time to make a decision!
