Patrick is a successful entrepreneur, transformational business coach and dynamic speaker with a strong foundation in coaching and facilitation. As a Certified EOS Implementer^®, Value Builder™ Advisor, and Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA^®), as well as CEO/Founder of The Greenhouse, Patrick’s expertise lies in business growth, scalability and exit/succession planning.

He has collaborated with hundreds of companies and thousands of individuals in a diverse range of industries, from burgeoning startups to established billion-dollar organizations. His true passion and focus spans across North America in helping owners and their businesses grow to the next stage by providing the ecosystem, tools, guidance and execution they need to succeed.

Patrick was first introduced to EOS through one of his high-performance coaching clients who recommended the book Traction. After reading it, he recognized EOS as the comprehensive operating system his clients had been searching for, as it unified the tools and concepts they’d been trying to piece together to make their businesses run effectively.
