About

My passion is helping teams and people live better lives. I do that by teaching, facilitating and coaching the EOS tools. EOS is a business operating system that harnesses human energy – delivering better results for businesses and more fulfilling lives for the people who run them. The owners I work with are usually stuck or frustrated and are looking for more freedom, money – and control of their life.

I’ve worked with many industries –  including manufacturing, IT, real estate, insurance, medical, and construction. I especially love working with contractors, family, and women-owned businesses. Most of my clients are located in and around Charlotte, NC, Columbia and Greenville, SC and Augusta, GA. I’m also equipped to provide virtual sessions and this works well with teams that are scattered across different cities or countries.

All businesses eventually get stuck. Thousands of entrepreneurs around the world run on EOS and credit it with helping them break through ceilings to achieve personal and business growth. I’ll bring the real-world experience you need to help your business run better and help YOU live better. If you are interested in learning more, I would be pleased to give you and your leadership team 90 minutes of my time explaining EOS and show how we might work together.
