I’m Neil McLean, an Expert EOS Implementer who helps owners and leadership teams get what they want from their businesses by implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS).
I work primarily with founder-led and family-owned businesses in Charlotte, NC; Columbia and Greenville, SC; and Augusta, GA. I have experience across many industries, including manufacturing, IT, real estate, insurance and healthcare, with particular experience helping construction companies, contractors and skilled-trades businesses. Many of the companies I work with have 20–250 employees and $10M–$50M in revenue.
The owners and leadership teams I work with are often successful but frustrated. They may have hit a ceiling, struggle with accountability, have the wrong people in key seats, lack alignment on priorities, or simply feel that the business has too much control over their lives.
Using the EOS Process® and practical EOS tools, I help leadership teams strengthen the Six Key Components™ of their business: Vision, People, Data, Issues, Process and Traction®. The goal is simple: get everyone aligned around a clear vision, gain more traction executing that vision, and build a healthier, more cohesive leadership team.
I bring the perspective of a 25-year business owner, former Vistage Chair and U.S. Air Force officer. I have coached and facilitated more than 100 leadership teams through the EOS process. My style is direct and practical, and I believe in getting to the root cause of issues rather than treating symptoms.
While most of my clients are in the Carolinas and Georgia, I also conduct virtual EOS sessions for leadership teams with people in multiple locations.
