Before EOS, Murray spent more than a decade at the executive level, reshaping and re‑engineering organisations to improve performance and unlock potential. His leadership is grounded in practical experience, moving them from stuck to sustainable progress.
His earlier career includes 15 years in law enforcement, where he developed expertise in decision‑making under pressure, risk assessment, and operational focus. His service was recognised with two commendations, a group citation, the Ethical Service Medal, and the National Medal.
