I have over 30 years as a business leader and entrepreneur. I’ve started five businesses along the way with some great success and some awful setbacks (like any good entrepreneur, I learned more from the setbacks).
My EOS journey started while I was leading an IT Services firm. We grew by over 300% in less than three years. That sounds like a success, but it was absolutely overwhelming. I was working 7 days a week, week after week, month after month.
Then we implemented EOS. It dramatically improved our focus, alignment and Traction. And I got my life back!
I realized then my true passion: helping other entrepreneurs live their best life. So, I became an EOS Implementer in 2017.
Since joining the EOS WorldWide community, I’ve delivered over 500 full-day sessions, helping over 75 entrepreneurs and their Leadership Teams live their best life. In 2024 I became the first EOS Implementer in Western Pennsylvania to earn the designation of Expert EOS Implementer.
