I’ve been an entrepreneur my entire life, starting with my first paper route and eventually building a successful digital marketing agency that I ran for more than 25 years.
But like many business owners, I hit the same walls that hold so many companies back:
In 2020, everything changed. I suffered a bilateral pulmonary embolism and ended up in the ICU fighting for my life. My greatest fear wasn’t for myself. It was for my family. If I had died, my wife would have been forced to shut down the business, let our employees go, and lose every client.
The truth hit me hard. If I died that day, my business would have died with me.
That was my wake-up call.
When I recovered, I rebuilt my company on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). The change was night and day. We 3X’d our revenue, 7X’d our profit, and grew from 10 to 27 employees. I built it, scaled it, and eventually sold it. EOS gave me the clarity, focus, and accountability I had been missing for years.
Now I help other leaders do the same. As a Certified EOS Implementer and EOS Coaches Council Member, I have facilitated 250+ leadership team sessions and coached 350+ marketing agencies nationwide.
I’m a Certified EOS Implementer based in Lafayette, Louisiana, working with leadership teams nationwide. I travel to you and run our sessions in person at your office anywhere in the U.S., or we meet over video if your team is distributed. Either way, every session is built to get real results, and to have some fun doing it.

What does an EOS Implementer do?
I guide your leadership team through the Entrepreneurial Operating System, getting everyone aligned on your vision, gaining traction through discipline and accountability, and building a healthy, cohesive team.
Where do our sessions take place?
At the location of your choosing. I travel to you and run in-person sessions at your office anywhere in the U.S., which keeps your team comfortable and on their home turf. If your team is distributed, we meet over video instead.
Do you only work with companies in Lafayette or Louisiana?
No. I’m based in Lafayette, but I work with companies nationwide. I’ll travel to you and run your sessions in person anywhere in the U.S., or we go virtual if your leadership team is spread across multiple locations.
Should I hire an Implementer or self-implement EOS?
Self-implementing is simple, but not easy. It’s tough to run the meeting and be in it at the same time. A Certified EOS Implementer keeps your team focused, neutral, and accountable, so you get results faster.
How long does it take to see results?
Most teams feel a difference after their first Focus Day, with real traction building over the first few quarters of sessions.
