My background and expertise is in operations, and my clients benefit tremendously from my experience in project management, lean, and process design.

Team Focused

I believe the best way to get the owner or ED what he or she wants is to champion the entire leadership team. Because of this, my focus is always on elevating the entire team, not just on trying to deliver the boss' greatest short-term desires.

In the Trenches

I tell my clients (frequently!) that they will not remember everything I say or teach them, and that it's their job to execute, not worry about retaining all the content. As such, the should always feel comfortable reaching out for help, even if it's to ask the same question for the 19th time, knowing that I will never reprimand them for not retaining 100% of the content.

About

Hi! I’m Joel Swanson, an Expert EOS Implementer for savvy, other-oriented business leaders. Have we met yet? If not, it’s about time! As an Implementer, I’ve earned a reputation for being:

Operations-minded: My clients benefit hugely from my background in operations, including project management, lean, and process design.
Team-focused: I champion the entire Leadership Team, because I believe that the best way to get owners what they want from their businesses is to elevate their leaders, not just focus on the owner’s desires.

Outside of work, I live in Minneapolis with my wife and three kids, and enjoy biking and reading in the rare moments I’m not chasing my kids around. I have an undergrad degree in computer science and a master’s in theology (yes, I have a bad habit of getting degrees I don’t use). My passions are people, teams, and growth, whether in a corporate or non-profit setting.
