About

I’m a Certified EOS Implementer® based in Laguna Hills, working with leadership teams across Orange County and the Inland Empire. Before EOS, I spent 25+ years in construction, technology, and service businesses, most of it as founder, COO, and Integrator of an award-winning systems integration firm.

I know what it’s like when a business runs through the owner, because mine did. After reading Traction, I built that company to run without me and exited in 2019. That’s why I became an EOS Implementer, and I’ve led 350+ sessions since.

In the room, I stay calm and I push when it counts. My job is to create space for your team to solve its own problems, so the progress holds long after our sessions end.

I work best with founder-led companies of 10 to 250 people that have hit a ceiling or still lean too hard on the owner. If you’ve tried other consultants and your team ended up worn out, I get that too. I believe that when work gets better, life does too. If that sounds like your business, let’s talk.
