About

I’ve been running businesses on EOS for more than 20 years. Gino Wickman was my mentor and my EOS Implementer when I was a founding member of Niche Retail. I’ve lived what these tools do from the inside: building a company from scratch, making the Inc 500 list, getting through recessions, and growing through acquisition. After three entrepreneurial exits, I became a Certified EOS Implementer® here in the Twin Cities.

In the room, I’m calm and direct. When conversations get tense, I slow things down so the team can say what’s true and decide what to do about it.

I work best with privately held, founder-led teams of 10 to 250 people that have grown fast and feel stretched. They’re open, honest, and ready to hold each other accountable. Over the past seven years I’ve worked with 45+ leadership teams in manufacturing, property management, construction, professional services, and consumer products.
