Top 10 Things I Get To Do As A Certified EOS Implementer (or EOSI, as the cool kids call them)

At some point you have probably realized that I LOVE being an EOS Implementer, but you may not actually realize what that means really means.  Heck, sometimes I forget myself.

To simplify that for you, check out this month’s “Top 10 Things I Get To Do As A Certified EOS Implementer”

1.I help entrepreneurs gain TRACTIONMy mission is simple.  I step in to help leadership teams simplify, prioritize, and execute, so they can finally gain real momentum and build the business they WANT.

2. I help people run their business instead of their business running themGiving leaders the tools to regain control, bringing the exact structure and clarity needed to stop firefighting and start growing.

3. I clarify the complex for the confused: I help cut through the organizational noise, helping teams pinpoint the real issues and clear a straight path forward.

4. I uplift and upskill Leadership Teams: I step into the room to facilitate healthier communication, driving the alignment and accountability that many leadership teams lack.

5. I shine a light on issues: I create the safe (but brutally honest) space teams need to expose challenges and fix them at the root.

6. I am TOUGH and KIND: I’m the partner who will challenge your team with radical honesty, while fully supporting them through the discomfort of growth.  To quote my good friend Kristen Smith, I may give you a slap in the face, but it will be wrapped in a hug.

7. I deal with the WHOLE business: I don’t just focus on one function in the business (ie Sales, Finance, Operations, etc.); I help you strengthen all Six Key Components™ to build a healthier, truly scalable organization – Vision, People, Data, Issues, Process AND Traction.

8. I show people that the EOS Life is real: I help leaders replace daily chaos with genuine freedom, alignment, and clarity on how to live THEIR EOS Life; doing what they love, with people they love, making a huge impact, being compensated appropriately, with time to pursue other passions.

9. I constantly learn and share what I learn: I funnel fresh perspective, proven tools, and hard-earned lessons directly into your team to accelerate your results.

10. I put the LOVE into business: I help leaders build cultures where trust, accountability, and genuine care aren’t just buzzwords, but the foundation of the business.

One of my Core Values is Help First. If you have anyone in your life who you love and who might benefit from any of the above, EOS, or just a helpful conversation, I’d love an introduction.  No pressure at all.I’m simply here to serve.

 App of the Month: Suno

This app allows you to create incredible music using AI, and it SO good that I am not allowing myself to sign up for a Pro Account, because then I would spend even more time with it.  I am addicted, so being capped at 10 songs per day is perfect for me.

Check Out my Post on the EOS Worldwide Blog

When I was in college, I majored in journalism with dreams of becoming a sportswriter — fueled by a passion for the game and the thrill of storytelling. Life eventually led me to the world of EOS, where I now have the opportunity to inspire people and help entrepreneurs transform their businesses every day.  Contributing to the EOS Worldwide blog has allowed me to merge those two worlds by sharing insights around something I’m deeply passionate about.  Check out my recent post, “10 Ways to Level Up Your Level 10 Meetings,” to make sure your weekly meetings are firing on all cylinders –
