Leading an entrepreneurial business is rewarding — and heavier than most people expect. With nearly 40 years in leadership, sales, finance, and entrepreneurship, I bring the kind of real-world experience most coaches only talk about. I’ve sat in every seat — from the sales floor and accounting desk to the CFO’s office and the CEO’s chair — and I’ve learned what it truly takes to grow, scale, and sustain a business. I’ve also lived through the downturns, the sleepless nights, and the hard lessons that come with leading one.

Before becoming a full-time EOS® Implementer, I spent over 25 years in residential and commercial real estate, development, and construction, have held a real estate broker’s license for more than 25 years, and coached entrepreneurs and leadership teams across the U.S. for over two decades. That experience gave me a rare, 360-degree understanding of how businesses actually run — and how to identify and fix what’s not working.

If any of that sounds familiar, you’re not alone. Most of the leaders I work with are capable, driven, and successful — but tired of carrying too much for too long.

The son of a Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) officer, I started my first business at 15, moved to the U.S. in 1997, and went on to build, buy, sell, and lead multiple companies. I’ve navigated recessions, cash-flow crunches, people challenges, and the realities of working with trades, vendors, and independent contractors — the same issues my clients face every day. Those experiences shaped how I coach: helping leaders get their lives back, refocus on what matters most, and rediscover the fun in leading again.

I help entrepreneurial leadership teams gain clarity, strengthen accountability, and achieve healthy, sustainable growth through the EOS® Process. I’m direct and practical — no fluff — and I bring a sense of humor, contagious energy, and an unwavering commitment to doing what’s right, even when it’s hard.

If you’re ready to stop carrying it all yourself and get clear on what really matters, the next step is a simple conversation.
