With over 35 years of business and leadership experience, CJ DuBe’ is a seasoned entrepreneur and accomplished business leader dedicated to helping organizations and their leadership teams thrive. Her diverse career spans roles such as Regional Sales Manager for five divisions of an international corporation, Vice President of Operations and Human Resources for a facilities management firm, and Co-Founder and Managing Director of an HR Contract Consulting company that grew from $0 to $8 million in just three years.
In 2010, CJ discovered Traction, the best-selling book by Gino Wickman, and found her next entrepreneurial calling: helping business leaders implement the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®) to clarify, simplify, and achieve their vision. Since then, she has guided more than 135 companies through over 1,800 sessions, empowering leadership teams to strengthen their vision, gain traction, and build healthier organizations.
