About

On the outside, many businesses look like they’re growing. Inside, however, it can feel like chaos—priorities shifting, teams pulling in different directions, and leaders wondering how long they can keep growing before something breaks.

I help leadership teams turn that chaos into clarity.

Over the course of my career, I’ve served in a variety of executive roles—CEO, COO, CFO, CIO, EIEIO…you get the picture. I’ve also had the honor of serving as the National Commander of the Air Force Auxiliary Civil Air Patrol, where I led more than 61,000 members nationwide. Along the way, I’ve worked in organizations of all kinds, from startups to nonprofit organizations to publicly traded global companies.

Every one of those experiences has shaped how I approach leadership today.

What I’ve learned is that growth doesn’t have to mean confusion, burnout, or constant firefighting. When leadership teams have the right tools and the right conversations, they can create clarity, alignment, and forward momentum across their entire organization.

Today, I work with leadership teams using the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®) to help them strengthen three critical elements of their business: Vision, Traction, and Healthy.

Vision means getting your leadership team 100% on the same page about where you’re going and the plan to get there.

Traction means creating the discipline and accountability that ensure everyone is executing on that vision.

Healthy means building a cohesive leadership team that communicates openly, trusts one another, and works through challenges together.

My goal is simple: to help leadership teams perform at their best so their organizations can scale without burning everyone out.
