About

For decades, Amy has used her passion to help grow leaders and their businesses. She considers it an honor and is humbled to accompany clients on their journey to get more from their organizations – sometimes more than even they envision. Amy’s organizational, implementation, and entrepreneurial skills have served her clients well in multiple industries. Her leadership, management, and facilitation experience, along with her public speaking skills, have improved business health across the board. Amy also has a proven track record for timely, successful project management and regularly mentors leaders to success. She is known and sought after for her innovative thinking and entrepreneurial savvy.

A lifelong volunteer, Courter served 4 years as the National Commander and CEO of the Civil Air Patrol, a federally chartered nonprofit corporation and the civilian auxiliary of the U.S. Air Force headquartered at Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama. As CAP’s commander, Courter served as a Major General (2-star), the highest grade of CAP Officer. She led CAP’s 61,000-plus volunteers in fulfillment of the organization’s 3 missions: Emergency Services, Cadet Programs, and Aerospace Education.
