“Health, Money, Love and the Time to enjoy them.” ~ A toast I learned in 9th grade Spanish.

You likely started your own business expecting to have more time to enjoy the health, money and love in your life. Does it seem like it’s doing the opposite, and you less time for what matters? I was in the same boat.

My $25 million restaurant business started struggling with declining same-store sales eight years into the business. I was working harder than ever before and frustrated that nothing we did reversed the downward trend.

EOS helped me see that we didn’t have a brand problem, we had an ‘us’ problem – the leadership team was holding the business back. The result of our EOS implementation: record-setting company EBITDA with sales climbing every quarter, and I took an uninterrupted vacation.

I want to help you not just say that toast – but live it.
