Al is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in leadership development, business coaching, and facilitation.
He began his career by founding and operating a successful seminar company, organizing and leading leadership and sales seminars across Canada and the U.S. In 2000, after selling that business, Al joined forces with internationally acclaimed author and speaker Robin Sharma.
As Vice President and General Manager at Sharma Leadership International, Al managed global speaking engagements, led corporate and public workshops, oversaw client relations, and contributed to the development of leadership training programs.
He later became CEO and Master Facilitator of Lead Without a Title Global, Inc., a Train-the-Trainer initiative delivering blended learning programs. In just three years, Al certified over 200 facilitators worldwide and delivered training to leading organizations such as Citigroup, Tim Hortons, Rogers Communications, RBC, and others across the globe.
His international experience spans North America, the Middle East (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait), and numerous countries including India, Turkey, Portugal, France, Italy, Egypt, Malaysia, South America, and Switzerland.
Today, Al is a record-breaking Expert EOS® Implementer, with over 800 sessions delivered and more than 90 clients onboarded. He is also an EOS Worldwide Franchisee and a TEC/Vistage Speaker.
Al brings decades of entrepreneurial and facilitation expertise to help leadership teams gain clarity, traction, and results. He lives in Toronto, Canada with his wife and two children.
