Entrepreneurship runs in my family. Four generations. I didn’t study business from the outside. I grew up in it.
I spent over twenty years building AP Worldwide Marketing from a single product into a firm representing dozens of manufacturers and factories to Costco, Walmart, Target, and other major retailers. The growth was incredible. But I was in every decision, every meeting, every fire drill. The business was succeeding, and it was running me.
Through EO, where I spent 14 years and served as Chapter President, I kept seeing the same pattern: the companies that were thriving had a system. They were running on EOS. I hired an implementer, experienced the transformation firsthand, and knew I wanted to bring that to other entrepreneurs.
Today, I work with founders and leadership teams of privately held companies, mostly in Southern California and virtually across the Pacific Time Zone. My clients are building something real. They’re ready to do the work.
