Hi, I’m Willie.
I’m a Professional EOS Implementer® based in Ireland. My job is simple: I help business owners get exactly what they want from their companies while actually lowering their stress levels in the process.
I haven’t just read the books; I’ve lived the chapters. My career started in the daily pressure of a large multinational, but I eventually took the leap into entrepreneurship because I could see local opportunities they simply didn’t want. Like many of you, I’ve experienced that simultaneous rush of liberation and terror. I made my share of mistakes with the growing pains of a team, became an accidental employer, and learned the hard way that cash flow and getting a vision out of your head into reality is a constant battle.
It worked, though. We grew a team from one to 45 people through a mix of organic growth, a great collaboration of founders and colleagues, and a strategic merger of skills. We implemented the processes, core values, and culture shifts needed to 3x the business in just three years, eventually selling the company in 2022 with no earn out, a real testament to the strength of the systems we built.
Following the acquisition, I stayed on to lead the integration of systems across 4 acquired Irish businesses before serving as Global Project Director. There, I worked on standardizing operations for 400 engineers across eight countries in terminology and software systems. I’ve seen what works at the kitchen table and what works on the global stage.
Returning to the entrepreneurial world as a Professional EOS Implementer® was just a natural evolution for me. After years of mentoring startups and investing in ventures, I realized my passion is helping leaders move from surviving to thriving. I’m honoured to be mentored by Rani and the wider EOS community. I don’t claim to have seen it all, nobody has, but I know that by getting the right systems in place, you stop treating symptoms and start preventing problems.
