My purpose/cause / passion has been steadfast for nearly 40 years – “to have a positive, genuine, meaningful and lasting effect on others”. I show up everyday to help and leverage my years of experience in high growth, people oriented businesses. Over this time I have enjoyed glorious successes and painful failures. The scars from these challenges have, however, proven to be good teachers.
After great listening and exploration I discovered my core inclination and unique ability to advance leaders / leadership teams. I use my proven and ever advancing capabilities to engage, facilitate, inspire and promote growth in service of developing entrepreneurial leaders and their leadership teams.
Prior to becoming an Implementer, I was the a CEO of a number of inter-related organizations and here discovered the EOS ® model and the talents in the Implementer community to aid me. I subsequently referred a number of organizations to EOS ® and eventually jumped in wholeheartedly to the community sharing my experience and adopting the values of the organization, the model and process I have grown to love.
I am a highly accomplished, life long learner with in depth global professional services leadershp expertise. My nearly four decades of experience including leading specializing firms in real estate development and construction, technology, financial services and entrepreneurial leadership growth.
