My love for coaching and entrepreneurship began at the University of South Dakota where I became the leading wide receiver in Coyote football history while graduating with honors in finance.
After a successful professional football career, I co-founded a sports recruitment agency that went on to become the recruiting partner of more than 400 professional football organizations around the world. In working with those organizations, I developed a knack for developing leaders and building winning teams.
In 2021, I transitioned to the construction industry where I helped a South Dakota general contractor grow from $18 to 35 million in revenue in two short years. Due to the massive impact EOS had on my businesses, I felt called to help other organizations thrive in a similar fashion by becoming a Professional EOS Implementer.
Today, I love being an EOS Coach where I’m 100% focused on helping business leaders succeed by equipping them with the tools to do so.
