About

I worked for 30+ years in a family construction business starting as a laborer at 16 and advancing through estimating and project management and achieving CEO with ownership. We scaled that business to over $30M in revenue with 300+ employees in 11 states. I worked with a lot of family, and sorted through the chaos of growing a business while building systems and processes by pulling from any available resource in an effort to control the chaos. After we wound that business down, I had an opportunity to work in a PE/Family Office where we owned and managed 5 portfolio companies. What I really loved about that opportunity was working with the Leadership Teams to build strong cultures that could execute toward our vision. All of those companies plus the Family Office ran on EOS, and I saw first-hand how those Leadership Teams utilized EOS Implementers and Tools to empower organized growth, and I love sharing the power of EOS.
