I started my entrepreneurial journey in Pennsylvania working in agriculture. After a few years, I hit burnout, liquidated, and moved to California, where I built a storage building manufacturing company. The business grew quickly—until the 2008 crash forced us to correct course. We adapted, and made it through stronger.
Over the years I founded and acquired additional companies and soon found myself on the edge of burnout again. That’s when I discovered EOS. Implementing it transformed not only my company but my life. For the first time, I stepped away from the day-to-day, and the business no longer depended solely on me. Later, I merged with a Texas-based firm and continued working with an Implementer to drive sustainable growth.
Eventually, I moved to Texas to launch a new plant and take one of our product lines nationwide. With that chapter complete, I’ve stepped into the next one—helping other leaders as an EOS Implementer.
