You did not start a business to manage every decision or hold everything together yourself.
At some point, growth outpaced structure. Decisions bottlenecked. Your team became dependent on you. The business worked, but only because you were constantly involved.
I have lived that.
I built and scaled a company from the ground up and experienced what happens when growth comes faster than clarity. I also learned that working harder does not fix structural problems.
Today, I operate as an owner, not a firefighter. The business runs with clear roles, accountability, and a leadership team that can execute without constant intervention.
EOS gave me the framework to make that shift. I now work with leadership teams who are ready to bring structure to growth, clarify decision rights, and build a business that functions consistently.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, playing trumpet, and exploring new places with my wife, Jenny, and our two kids.
