He is an OG – the 3rd Implementer from back in 2007.

Across more than 200 EOS implementations and 2000+ session days, Walt has seen what makes EOS work—and where it stalls. Known to clients as “Uncle Walt,” he will feel like your favorite teacher or professor in the room, bringing a rare mix of straight talk, deep business experience, and genuine care for leadership teams who want more than theory—they want results that last.

As a teacher, one of the statements he is know for is: “The answer is in the tools” Walt is a master at teaching his clients how to use the tools of EOS, he does not consult, he helps his clients learn the tools so they can consult themselves.

Walt helps organizations get unstuck by combining EOS discipline with his proven frameworks for Healthy culture (The 7 Critical Needs™). The result: teams that trust each other, execute faster, and drive measurable cash flow, all while reducing risk.

Before dedicating his career to EOS, Walt was a CPA with EY®, founded and sold four companies, has coached hundreds of entrepreneur CEOs, served as Coach to the global community of Expert Implementers, he is now Head Coach of all of the Implementers worldwide. His clients appreciate his calm confidence, clarity, and ability to make even the hardest truths feel doable.
