I’ve been in your shoes and experienced the unique struggles entrepreneurs face daily. Through many successes and failures, I’ve learned that the word “can’t” is not in the dictionary for successful people. Those experiences and that drive fueled my sales and sales leadership career.
As a business leader and EOS client, I experienced the power of the system, first-hand, in working for 7 years with an implementer to turn around company culture and profitability.
Adversity challenged me to my core in December of 2019, when I was the lone survivor of a fiery plane crash that left me burned on 75% of my body, in a coma, and fighting for my life. Without warning, 3/5 of our leadership team were no longer available to the company. In a time when most companies would have failed, our people stepped up, knew exactly where we were going, and how to get there, and knocked out quarter after quarter. Facing unthinkable adversity, OUR COMPANY THRIVED!
Against the odds, I walked away from the hospital, just as I did from the plane crash, after only 52 days. I’ve devoted my life to helping others learn to thrive through adversity and to live their best lives now instead of later.
