About

Vijay Nyayapati is a teacher, coach, and facilitator who helps family business owners and growth-oriented entrepreneurs get what they want from their businesses and their lives.

With over three decades of experience building, scaling, and exiting successful ventures across two countries, Vijay understands both the thrill and the pain of entrepreneurship. He’s been through four downturns, navigated crises, and emerged stronger every time, lessons he now channels into helping leadership teams create clarity, discipline, and profit.

As a seasoned entrepreneur, Certified EOS Implementer®, and Certified Exit Planning Advisor®, Vijay specialises in transforming ambitious companies into aligned, accountable, and self-managing teams, increasing their enterprise value many times over. His clients often describe him as “high-energy yet grounded,” someone who brings equal parts challenge and support, and makes every session something the team looks forward to.

Known for uncovering strategic pivots hidden within chaos, Vijay focuses all his energy on helping entrepreneurial and family businesses build strong leadership, sustainable profitability, and lasting impact.

He has worked with organisations ranging from 5 to 2,000 employees, and from $400,000 to $200 million in annual revenue.
