Aaron was born and raised on a family farm in Kansas where midwestern values and hard work were instilled in him at every opportunity. His father has been an entrepreneur since the age of 16, so you could say entrepreneurship is in Aaron’s blood.
After college, Aaron went to work for a successful construction business owner as a project manager. Within 4 years, he was the Integrator of the company. Four years after that, he bought the company and implemented EOS, ultimately selling the company 2 years later. Aaron realized through this experience that not only is he an integrator, but he loves implementing systems.
So, Aaron went to work to find his perfect Visionary match and within a few months, he was working for a visionary serial entrepreneur as the Integrator of 6 companies, and implemented EOS at all 6. Through this phase of his journey, Aaron discovered he has a real passion for helping entrepreneurs. After a lot of soul searching and many conversations with his Visionary, Aaron decided to pursue that passion and focus his time and energy on what he calls “artful” EOS Implementation.
These experiences have forged a passion for living his EOS life. Aaron’s desire to help business owners and leadership teams simplify and get what they want out of their businesses is apparent in every interaction.
