Early in his career, Joe worked with Stephen Covey teaching 7 Habits and Principle-Centered Leadership on four continents. He worked with extraordinary leaders in world-class organizations and learned a ton.
Joe also learned that he loves working with small and mid-sized entrepreneurial organizations. So, Joe and his partner created a simple process to develop and implement business growth plans. They wrote a few books such as Prioritize! and On the Same Page. They worked with a couple hundred clients and made a positive impact.
