About

Ty has spent 20+ years leading growth at startups and scaling companies. He has also led turnarounds using the tools and disciplines of EOS. He believes growth without discipline doesn’t last, and growth built on the right systems compounds. Every number on his resume is one he was personally accountable for.

Ty’ career started with multiple startups with one that grew from zero customers to more than a million. He then spent 14 years with a high-growth company, where he drove growth from $5M to more than $160M. Next, as CRO and General Manager of a business unit at a venture-backed company, he relaunched the division and grew ARR from under $1M to over $15M in 24 months.

Most recently, Ty was CRO of a multi-company platform that had been in decline for 18 months. He used EOS tools to bring five acquired companies into one sales engine, and year-over-year sales grew more than 30%.

As an EOS Implementer, Ty works with owners and leadership teams at founder-led and investor-backed companies across industries. He brings the same discipline he used to build eight- and nine-figure revenue lines: clear accountability, a weekly rhythm, and focus on the few priorities that matter most.

His philosophy is simple: ownership over authority, candor over comfort, systems over heroics.

Off the clock, Ty plays pickup basketball and sand volleyball. He has coached youth football, basketball and softball. He and his family travel whenever they can.
