Ty West

Ty is a 20+ year revenue executive who has spent his career proving that growth without discipline doesn’t last — but growth built on the right systems compounds. He’s led go-to-market strategy and P&L ownership across Services, SaaS, EdTech, Managed IT/Cybersecurity, and Telecom, and he’s most proud of the fact that every number on his resume is one he was personally accountable for hitting and building world class teams.

Ty’s career took shape at SunCom Wireless, where he was part of the leadership team that grew the company from a startup into a carrier serving over a million customers. He spent the next 14+ years at Imagine Learning, where he built the Eastern U.S.  from roughly $2M to over $76M and helped drive the company’s broader growth from under $5M to more than $160M. As CRO and GM of the Schools Division at Age of Learning, he re-launched the company’s K-12 business and delivered double-digit YOY ARR growth. Most recently, as CRO of Lockstep Technology Group, he repositioned a fragmented, project-led sales motion into a disciplined, vertical-driven growth engine — driving 30%+ YOY growth and meaningfully expanding  along the way.

As an EOS Implementer for the Charlotte / Myrtle Beach region, Ty is focused helping owners and executive leaders drive long-term predictable growth on solid operating principles.  He brings the same discipline he used to build eight- and nine-figure revenue lines — clear accountability, a weekly operating rhythm, and ruthless focus on the vital few priorities — to founder-led and PE-backed companies ready to break through their own growth ceiling.

Ty’s operating philosophy is simple: ownership over authority, candor over comfort, systems over heroics. He believes the best leadership teams don’t just work harder — they work in sync, and once that alignment is real, growth stops depending on any one person in the room.

Off the clock, Ty’s competitive streak shows up on the court and the sand — he plays pickup basketball and sand volleyball on weekends and has spent his time off the field coaching youth basketball and softball, passing on the same emphasis on teamwork and accountability that defines his approach to business. He and his family are avid travelers, always chasing the next place to explore, whether it’s a new corner of the U.S. or a stamp in the passport.
