I’ve spent my career helping leaders and teams figure out what’s getting in the way, get clear on where they’re going, and actually do something about it.

My background in operations and leadership taught me that most businesses don’t struggle because they lack smart people or good ideas. They struggle because priorities get muddy, accountability gets fuzzy, and the hard conversations get postponed.

That’s where I come in.

As a Certified EOS Implementer®, I work with entrepreneurial leadership teams to strengthen the Six Key Components™ of their business and get everyone rowing in the same direction. I’m direct, curious, and willing to ask the question everyone else in the room may be thinking but nobody wants to say out loud.

I also believe serious work doesn’t require a painfully serious room. My sessions have energy, laughter, honest conversations, and plenty of accountability. Fun Meets Focus isn’t just a tagline. It’s how I work.

Life has sharpened that perspective, too. Going through cancer treatment taught me a lot about resilience, priorities, and not wasting time on things that don’t really matter. I bring that perspective into the room with me: deal with what’s real, make the decision, and keep moving forward.

Outside of work, I’m usually traveling, trying something new, spending time with my husband Mike, or finding another adventure to add to the list.

I love what I do because when the right leadership team gets clear, aligned, and accountable, the business changes. And very often, life gets a whole lot better too.
