I didn’t start in a boardroom. I started on a gym floor.
As a personal trainer, I learned early that real results come from one thing: helping people find clarity in what they’re doing and why they’re doing it. That obsession with systems and leadership eventually pushed me to take the leap and become a business owner myself. I built my own team, shaped my own culture, and learned firsthand what it actually takes to lead. Sometimes the easy way, sometimes the hard way.
That journey brought me to EOS.
When I found the Entrepreneurial Operating System, it didn’t feel like something new. It felt like a name for everything I’d already been reaching for as an owner. Becoming a professionally trained EOS Implementer was the natural next step, a chance to bring that same obsession with clarity and systems into the room with owners and leadership teams just like mine.
I still own and run a thriving business today. I know what it’s like to sit in your seat.
I’m an EOS Implementer, not a consultant. I’m in the room with you and your leadership team, doing the work alongside you. Teaching, mentoring, guiding. My job isn’t to hand you answers. It’s to help you and your team find them, own them, and run with them.
Outside of work, I’m a husband and a dad to two young kids who remind me every day why any of this matters. Helping others grow into who they’re capable of being isn’t just what I do. It’s what I feel called to do. That shows up in everything, including the work I look forward to doing with the owners and leadership teams I’ll be lucky enough to serve.
