Tom has always had a genuine passion for working with and helping others. He travelled with his family at a young age to trade shows, supporting the family business by giving his Dad lunch breaks and eventually bringing in new clients, selling and executing jobs. He grew to leading organizations over the last 13 years with hundreds of employees and starting his own not for profit.
When Tom got his first General Manager job leading a team of over 100 employees, he grew frustrated by the positive energy created at annual strategy sessions that would fizzle out part way through the year with no structure in place to help drive execution towards their goals. He knew he needed a system to help harness that positive energy and drive accountability towards measurable results.
Over the last 7 years, Tom has implemented EOS in the previous two organizations he has led, experiencing the results firsthand. EOS clarified and drove alignment of the vision across the entire organization and resulted in his teams achieving at least 5/7 of their annual goals every year. What Tom didn’t expect to find was that it also gave him and his leadership team more time. More time to think strategically on the business, and more time in their personal lives as they became more focused and efficient.
Tom is a leader, motivator and coach who makes a huge impact on the teams he works with. At the core, he loves to work with self aware teams that truly want to be their best for the greater good of the organization.
