Tom launched his first entrepreneurial venture in 1990 just prior to finishing college and preparing for a career as a commercial airline pilot. Although it wasn’t a great financial success, he discovered a love of working with people and cultivated a passion for learning and growth.
His greatest challenge came in 2005 when he was asked to lead the revitalization and growth of an eye care practice that had previously been renowned in that field. Within ten years they became one of the largest private eye care practices in the country seeing 100,000 patients annually.
While others praised or envied that success, he saw the toll it took on his team as they tried to simultaneously grow the business, create an enduring process, and raise the bar on customer service in the medical field.
His quest for a more effective way to run a business lead him to EOS. As his knowledge of EOS deepened, he made the commitment to help other business leaders discover the power of this system so they too can get what they want out of their business and have a more enjoyable time along the way.
