I love helping business owners and leadership teams succeed. After more than 25 years as a business owner, I understand both the excitement and the frustration that come with growing a company—because I’ve lived it.
I started my first web design business in 1997 with a vision, a $2,000 loan from my mom, and a lot to learn. Over time, that business grew into a multi-million-dollar digital marketing and IT support firm. We’ve made the Inc. 5000, helped thousands of small businesses grow, and built a team of 25+ people who rely on the business for their livelihoods.
But growth didn’t always feel good. Years ago, we were expanding—but it was painful, chaotic, and not nearly as profitable as it should have been. That’s when I discovered EOS. Implementing EOS changed everything. It gave our leadership team clarity, empowered our people to solve real problems, and allowed us to grow in a way that was both sustainable and profitable.
As I went through that transformation, friends, peers, and other business owners kept asking me about EOS. I found myself talking about it constantly, helping others apply the tools, and realizing this was work I genuinely loved. Eventually, it just made sense to make it official.
With a deep background in marketing and technology, I bring a practical, systems-driven approach to EOS—and I’m especially comfortable running virtual sessions. If you want an engaged, high-energy EOS experience that works just as well remotely as it does in person, I’m your guy.
