Todd Thompson loves helping entrepreneurs and small businesses grow and prosper. Todd knows what it takes to create a successful business. Over the last 27 years Todd has led and managed five companies. His experience includes co-founding a company, transitioning a company from a small to mid-market enterprise, and orchestrating two successful financial exits.
In addition to managing and leading businesses, Todd has served the small business community as a mentor, coach, and board member. He conducts workshops to help small businesses improve their performance and provides counsel, strategy, and business advice to companies across industries.
Todd learned that building a successful company takes more that hard work and a good product or service, it takes a superior operating system. As an EOS Professional Implementer, Todd helps leadership teams get what they want out of their business by implementing the EOS model and process.
