From my earliest years, my core focus has been to make a significant impact on people. That is why, after college, I entered the pastoral ministry for 17 years, during which time I had the privilege of starting two churches from scratch. In 2008 I bought a franchise business and tasted the joy of business ownership, but found my impact on others lacking. As a result, I pivoted away from that business to start an independent financial advisory practice, which eventually grew into a multi-advisor financial firm in Cary, NC, which experienced significant growth. After hiring an EOS Implementer in 2017 to help us learn how to run our firm better, I realized the value EOS could have on other leadership teams. For 6 years I implemented EOS into the fabric of my financial firm, doubling our assets under management. Upon successfully selling my financial planning practice in 2023 I came to believe the best way to make an impact was as an EOS Implementer.
