From my earliest years, my core focus has been to make a significant impact on people. That is why, after college, I entered the pastoral ministry for 17 years, during which time I had the privilege of starting two churches, in OH and NC. In 2008 I bought a business and tasted the joy of business ownership, but found my impact on others lacking. As a result, I transitioned away from that business to start an independent financial advisory practice, which eventually grew into a multi-advisor financial firm in Cary, NC. During that 12 years I worked with some of the best people, including numerous small business owners. After hiring an EOS Implementer in 2017 to help us learn how to run our firm better, I realized how valuable EOS could be for other leadership teams. From that point on, I implemented EOS into the fabric of my financial firm, growing it from $40 million in assets to $80 million over the next 4 years. Upon successfully selling my financial planning practice in 2023 I came to believe the best way to make an impact on others was as an EOS Implementer.
