I come from an entrepreneurial background. My father owned a multi-generational highway construction business that closed in the mid 80’s. When that happened, he started a landscape business that he let me purchase from him in 1997. Over the next 20 years I grew the business from 5 to 85 employees, increased revenue by 100 times and in 2017, I sold it.
Over the years, as I grew my business, the most impactful discovery I made was that it’s not enough to be excellent at the product you make or service you deliver, you must be excellent at building an organization………and this became somewhat of an obsession for me.
And so, after some time off, I began looking for a way to combine all the wisdom I had acquired over the years with a proven system to help entrepreneurs build a better business in a better way than I had. That’s when a long-time mentor introduced me to EOS.
