What Sets Me Apart

Founder's Seat
Four companies co-founded and exited — three good, one awful. You won't need to explain the pressure or the weight you carry. I've sat in your seat.
Honest Pushback
Most implementers facilitate. I challenge. Fifteen years of Sandler training taught me to ask the hard questions and refuse to let anyone off the hook, owner included.
The Owner Factor
After four companies, one pattern holds: the business rarely outgrows the owner. I help leaders see the blind spots, because real traction always starts at the top.

About

TK Herman got his last paycheck at 26. In the 28 years since, he’s co-founded, scaled, and exited four companies across software consulting, SaaS, and multi-unit family entertainment, collectively employing more than 400 people and creating over $50 million in enterprise value. He personally led all four exits. Three were very good. One was awful. The awful one taught him a lot about business, and even more about himself. He brings all of it into the room.

He knows what it’s like to sit in your seat — the pressure, the second-guessing, the weight of decisions no one else can make. TK discovered EOS early but, like many entrepreneurs, duct-taped pieces of it together rather than committing to the whole thing. Looking back, he’s clear: not fully committing cost his company growth, enterprise value, and years of unnecessary stress. That lesson is exactly why he became an EOS Implementer. He’s seen firsthand what owners leave on the table when they don’t commit — and what’s possible when they do.

TK is Sandler-trained, a five-year member of Tiger 21, and has invested heavily in coaching, peer groups, and personal development over the past decade. He’s done the inner work most owners avoid. Clients describe him as disarmingly honest, grounded, and unafraid to push when it counts.

TK and his wife are parents to five adult children. He’s a licensed airplane and helicopter pilot.

If you’re looking for someone who’s sat in your seat and will challenge you to lead better — it’s worth a conversation.
