Tim loves working with entrepreneurs who are passionate about growing their businesses and who want to tackle the tough challenges that come with growth.
He began his own journey as an entrepreneur in 2004 when he left his corporate job in the banking industry and formed Makarios Consulting, LLC. Tim understands firsthand the challenges involved in growing a business, having built his own from the ground up with no clients, no prospects, and by making 3,500 cold calls despite being repeatedly advised against doing so. Fifteen years later, Tim has trained or coached over 5,000 leaders and their teams around the world.
Tim is known for his highly energetic and engaging facilitation style and his strong commitment to helping his clients realize their full potential, get the most out of their businesses, and to live a better lives.
Tim is the author of three books, HeadTrash: Cleaning out the Junk that Stand Between You and Success (2013), Leading on Purpose: Sage Advice and Practical Tools for Becoming the Complete Leader (2014), and HeadTrash 2: Dealing with and Overcoming Other People’s Junk (2016).
