After Clemson University I joined the United States Marine Corps as an Officer and a pilot. I flew KC-130 transport/refueling aircraft and spent my last tour as a flight instructor in the Pensacola area at Whiting Field. I loved serving, but my real passion has always been to own my own business. I joined a great franchise system and started my first business in 2008. I loved the structure and processes the franchise taught me and continued them into additional business lines eventually providing home services including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Pest Control. By 2016 we were experiencing quite a bit of pain in the form of bottlenecks, people issues, cash flow, cash flow, and more cash flow issues. EOS found me in 2016 and we implemented it immediately. The team loved it! We created an amazing 8-figure business which we sold in 2024 at an above-market multiplier. I wasn’t willing to let EOS go, so now I love coaching it and look forward to guiding more like-minded entrepreneurs and Leadership Teams through the EOS process.
