About

I started my first business at eleven — a paper route.
What I learned early stuck: value must be clear, and accountability must be personal.

Years later, I built and scaled a company to $50M in revenue with 350 employees and exited to an industry player. But along the way, I made the mistake most founders make — I became the system.

Decisions lived in my head.
Growth depended on me.
And when that happens, you don’t own a company. The company owns you.

As a founder and later as an investor, I saw the same pattern repeatedly: companies don’t stall because of lack of ambition or capital. They stall because of lack of discipline. No real structure. No true accountability. No operating cadence that forces traction.

In my next operating role, we implemented EOS. Clarity replaced chaos. Accountability replaced assumption. A disciplined 90-day cadence replaced reactive firefighting. With that foundation in place, we raised significant capital and executed with precision — because the company no longer depended on one person.

Today, I work with profitable founders who are tired of being the bottleneck.

We install structure.
We create real accountability.
We build companies that scale beyond founder heroics.

The goal isn’t just growth.

It’s building a company that works — with you or without you.
