Tim worked as a senior leader in an entrepreneurial business with broad raging strategic, operational, financial and commercial responsibilities, so he has a personal understanding of both the excitement and challenges involved in building a business.
Prior to this Tim spent 15+ years in professional services, consulting on a range of commercial issues to a broad range of businesses and organisations across many different industries. A majority of this experience included working in business restructuring and turn-around which required rapid and comprehensive business assessments, and then working closely with management teams to restructure and turn-around struggling businesses.
The combination of these experiences has given Tim a real appreciation for the value of looking at business operations holistically, coupled with an understanding of how simple but robust tools can unlock the potential of different businesses.
