After 25 years in finance and oil, including 12 as Global Head running three teams across three time zones, I know what it’s like. Two kids, one wife, a dog, fitness, a social life and somehow still not enough hours in the day.

After exiting the murky world of oil, I retrained as a Business and Personal Coach (ICF ACC) and ticked off a life goal: rowing unassisted across the Atlantic. Two hours on, two hours off, for two months, raising £160,000 for a teenage mental health charity.
When I returned, I delivered workshops and keynotes on resilience, burnout, team health and accountability then qualified as a Professional EOS Implementer.
Mental health is close to my heart, and EOS aligns beautifully with that. When an organisation is healthy, it’s people are too.
Now I help leadership teams gain clarity. Clarity on where they’re going, who’s coming with them, and who no longer fits the culture they’re building.
